What You’ll Do:

• Support attorneys with all stages of litigation, from case intake through settlement or trial.
• Draft and prepare legal documents including discovery, subpoenas, correspondence, and pleadings.
• Manage case files, deadlines, and calendars across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist with trial preparation including witness coordination, exhibit organization, and trial binders.
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors.
• Conduct legal research and fact investigation to support case strategy.
• Organize and review documents for production and discovery responses.
• Support attorneys during depositions, hearings, and mediations when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in employment law or civil litigation.
• Deep understanding of California civil procedure, especially employment-related cases.
• Strong writing, organizational, and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Tech-savvy and experienced with litigation management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with a strong work ethic and a “Mamba Mentality” – always striving to be better.
