What You’ll Do:

• Represent employees in employment matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations.
• Draft and review legal correspondence and documents with the support of a collaborative team.
• Take ownership of cases from start to finish, lead pre-litigation negotiations and mediations, discovery, including taking and defending depositions, draft and argue law and motion matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal staff.
• Manage Pre-litigation staff, oversee workflows and performance metrics of paralegals while focusing on high-impact legal work.
• Help scale our employment law practice to meet increasing demand.
• Advocate fiercely for clients who have been wronged in the workplace.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience practicing employment law (plaintiff or defense side).
• Proven ability to manage cases independently from intake through settlement.
• Strong skills in negotiation, strategy, communication, time management, delegation
• Experience handling all aspects of discovery, including taking and defending depositions.
• Proficiency in drafting and arguing law and motion matters.
• A collaborative spirit with a drive to be better every day with a strong work ethic and desire to grow while focused on hitting goals.
• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.

Compensation: $100,000 – $200,000 plus monthly incentive bonuses.
